Disabled Person's Protection Policy

We have developed our Disabled People’s Protection Policy (DPPP) to detail the commitment, procedures and policies that we aim to have in place to help people with disabilities to use our services.

Our aim is to make continuous improvements to the accessibility of our services and stations for all customers.

Our new DPPP follows the Department for Transport’s (DfT) ‘Guidance on Disabled People’s Protection Policies’ dated April 02.
